BIRDWATCHING
SADO ESTUARY
Birdwatching in the Sado Estuary
Half day or full day program, ideal for lovers of birdwatching.
The most diverse bird areas of the estuary are visited.
This program comprises walking routes, complemented by car routes, allowing the visit to different areas.
The Sado Estuary Natural Reserve is one of the most important wetlands in Portugal, classified as a Wetland of International Interest.

TAGUS ESTUARY
Birdwatching in the Tagus Estuary, along the banks of the estuary.
This program includes walking routes, complemented by car routes, allowing the visit to different areas such as ridges, rice paddies, salt marshes, marshes, mud-tides and other wetlands.
The Tagus Estuary is the most important wetland in Portugal, and one of the most important in Europe, including special protection areas, Nature Reserve and Wetland of International Interest.

CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS
Our programs are adaptable to ornithological needs and objectives.
The most important wetlands in the Lisbon region are the estuaries of the Tagus and Sado rivers, and there are other wetlands that are complementary in terms of bird diversity.
The programs in the Lisbon and Tagus Valley region can also be complemented by birdwatching in other habitats, such as the steppe areas, providing sightings of great ornithological interest.

PRIVATE WALKS AND TOURS
CABO ESPICHEL
Especially thought for those who like to hike, we start along the Espichel Cape coast.There are several trails options, the choice is yours.
This route shows the historical, geological and biological aspects of the Natural Park.
With a coast marked by high cliffs, punctuated by small wild beaches, the landscape is stunning.
Options: monuments and history; visit to the footprints of dinosaurs and geology; deserted beaches; endemic flora.

ENDEMIC FLORA
Are you passionate about botany?
Come with us on this route, in the western area of the Arrábida Natural Park. We will guide you to know the biological richness of this natural reserve area.
With a coast marked by high cliffs, we find a landscape protected by its natural values.
The juniperus phoenicea, the convolvulus fernandesii and the euphorbia pedroi are some of the pearls of this Mediterranean flora, among many others species including orchids.

ARRÁBIDA'S CLIFFS
Hiking in the heart of Arrábida Natural
Park.
A course of great beauty that presents the essence of the Natural Park.
From flora to geology, there are several aspects to know along the way.
This route is complemented by a tour to know the most beautiful Park's landscape.
Options: the beaches; wine tasting (entrance not included); visit Sesimbra, Setúbal or Palmela, history and monuments.

TOURHERITAGE & CULTURE
This is the option that we suggest, if you want to know the most genuine of the culture and the landscape.
The tour runs through the Natural Park, passing through Palmela, Azeitão, Arrábida and Cabo Espichel. We have chosen for you the most emblematic places and aspects, but also the most unknown ones.
Options: wine tasting in one of the region's wineries (entrance not included); visit to Sesimbra or Setúbal.

If you are looking for an activity for a group, we have several options, adaptable to the nature of the group.

ARRÁBIDA &VICENTINA ROUTE
Arrábida is the starting point for other routes and Vincentina Route is one of them, reminding us the history of people connected to the sea for centuries.
A route with about 230 km, of which we made a selection for walking programs of 3 and 5 days.
Arrábida and the Vincentina Coast are linked with more than 2000 years.
This program is available for groups with a minimum of 8 people.
Also available as private programs.
The value depend on the season and the number of people.

GET INTO THE WILD
HIDE IN NATURE
Get Into The Wild, just close to the Vincentina Route
This is an experience for those who really love nature. This shelter gives a complete immersion in nature, on a private property next to the nature reserve with fantastic dunes landscape. Overnight here gives you the opportunity to relax listening to the birds singing. Ideal for hikers and birdwatchers, next to Rota Vicentina, 10 minutes walk to the beach and only 190 km from Lisbon.
This shelter is equipped with dry wc, solar energy and everything you need to relax in Nature.
